Expand LabCollector capabilities with additional modules.

Now LabCollector can include new optional modules. We are working on those modules to propose you a larger choice of features. In a near future we may open this possibilities to custom 3rd party modules. You can also suggest us ideas for optional modules.

Scheduler

Based on our Scheduling system LabCal, it adds scheduling & reservation calendar to equipment stored on LabCollector, Users can quickly check & add reservations to any equipment or facility in the lab. It supports recurrent events (like every day or specific days on the week). It includes a reporting tool to give equipment usage statistics in the past or upcoming events (by user, by equipment or by categories).
It easily integrates by simple copying the files into a folder and automatic database setup from inside LabCollector. LabCollector v3.912 required. Free Trial for 30 days.

PhotoBank

This module gives you a way to store and organize all photos that you generate on your projects like microscopy, electrophoresis, animals, etc. You can create unlimited galleries, into unlimited categories, upload several photos in a click, comenting, etc. It supports TIFF format (and normal JPEG, PNG, GIF). Electronic Lab Notebook

Now you can save and manage your experiment results with our ELN module. Built as a collaborative platform you can create books and share them with lab collaborators. It is versatile with the possibility to generate Workflows based on specific templates. Use Workflow and page templates for routine work or free and flexible experiment records for your research activity. Aquarium Facility Management

This module is a complete animal facility management system dedicated to Aquaculture. You can manage fish entries, transferts and exits from tanks, growth, feeding (including live food production), custom and unlimited alerts, etc. It gives inventory and several types of reports. You can manage all kind of aquatic animals including mutants or transgenic breedings. Integrates easily into LabCollector and it is our first multilingual module (currently french and english)!
