Clean the logs manually to improve the speed.
First, you need to stop the servers. With LabCollector server manager v2.6 and below, use the button STOP ALL.
On Windows server, search for error.txt under C:\Program Files (x86)\AgileBio\LabCollector\apache\logs.
Copy the file if you want to keep a backup on another server or drive.
Open the file and remove all the content. Save it.
You can do the same with the file access.txt on the same location and the file server.err under C:\Program Files (x86)\AgileBio\LabCollector\mysql\data.
Restart the servers.
